He knows he is powerful enough and knows how to manipulate the market. It sells ticks to fake accounts and can kill a business in an instant. He used Twitter in the past to boost bitcoin and then reuse it to destroy it.

All I can see is the jealousy that some guy got the chance just in time to make a program and then sell it and get rich and later figure out where to fund it to make it bigger. He may be the richest man in the world, but he doesn’t really own any money because it’s all in stocks. And the man works 16 hours a day. So what does he like to troll on the internet? They just need to rename the blue tick because verification should be free for everyone. Only the verification system needs to be worked on. This blue tick needs a new name to be a premium feature you pay for

This guy ignored the report that warned him about the risk of making the verified icon easily purchasable, pushed the Blue Verified anyway, and ended up causing a ton of trouble. I don’t expect him to learn from his mistake and repeat the same mess again.
