U’khand court grants Haridwar bail for hate speech accused

A court in Uttarakhand (in Haridwar) on Monday granted bail to Yati Narsinghanand, head of the Dasna Devi temple in Uttar Pradesh, in a case filed against him for hate speech at Dharam Sansad last month, LiveLaw.in reported.

District and Extra Session Judge Bharat Bhushan Pandey granted him bail, noting that the offenses he allegedly committed carry a sentence of up to 3 years in prison.
